Summary:
We are seeking a spirited, proactive, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team! This role is primarily focused on fostering an exceptional company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and managing employee relations matters. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, brings a process improvement mindset, and enjoys working on both strategic and tactical HR projects.
How our HR Generalist spends their time:

Plan and execute company-wide events and programs, including annual culture events, contests, quarterly townhalls, end-of-year awards, and holiday activities;

Lead and manage the company Culture Club, organizing member ideas and driving implementation;

Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions;

Manage employee recognition programs, including monthly highlights and engagement through internal communication channels;

Launch surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and analyze results to enhance engagement and strengthen company culture;

Oversee department morale budgets and recommend enhancements to the employee experience;

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, including reporting and awareness programs;

Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent execution of HR programs;

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations;

Address employee questions, concerns, and conflicts, promoting a positive and supportive work environment;

Support performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans;

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for organizational improvement;

Administer unemployment claims and FMLA paperwork as needed;

Manage company PTO policies and procedures;

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiencies;

Manage employee records and other HR administrative tasks;

Lead or support special HR projects as needed, balancing multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

3+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations and cultivating company culture;

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices;

Demonstrated passion for building and sustaining a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture;

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus;
