WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle sensitive staff and organizational information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Maintain staff databases and files with meticulous attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy.
  • Conduct interviews, onboard new staff, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Respond to information requests and keep staff records up to date.
  • Provide lists, counts, and reports from staff databases as requested.
  • Represent Christ and the mission of Athletes in Action faithfully to potential employees and the wider community.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, policies, and HR forms (including annual updates for benefits and compliance).
  • Communicate with staff about policies, benefits, and payroll questions; coordinate with the Cru office to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA regulations, hiring practices, and Cru’s organizational policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
