Castalloy is a division of Norican. Castalloy is one of the leading producers of high alloy castings and has been producing engineered cast components for over 50 years. The molding processes include airset and shell that enable us to produce castings which have excellent dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish.

Castalloy’s diverse customer base and ability to serve our customers’ needs have earned us a dominant position in the high alloy casting and fabrication industry. We offer contract manufacturing to customer design, custom designs for specific applications and a wide range of standard products.

Continued modernization and automation of manufacturing equipment and environmental controls enable us to maintain our leading position in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support workplace safety and compliance initiatives in partnership with management.
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee records daily and handling related inquiries.
  • Support training programs to for employee development and compliance (e.g., safety, harassment prevention).
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed to support management decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • · Associate's degree in (HR, Business, or similar field)- Required , Bachelors (Preferred)
  • · At least 1-3 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • · Certificates & Licenses- working towards PHR or SPHRM-CP preferred
  • · Computer Skills- Strong PC aptitude and skills, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
  • · Ceridian/Dayforce experience a plus(HRIS)
  • · High integrity and Confidentiality
  • · Must have excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • · Strong emphasis as a team player that thrives in a cooperative team environment and presents themselves in a polished professional manner
  • · Proven leadership in continuous improvement systems and process optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
