HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist to manage the day-to-day HR functions in our manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct induction programs and coordinate training & development initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
