HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and benefits administration. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across various areas of HR and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in HR.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Support investigations and resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
  • Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and liaise with benefits providers.
  • Coordinate performance review processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist managers with employee development plans and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, UKG, UKG pro, and success factors
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
