HR Generalist

Location: Navi Mumbai, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Female) to manage a broad range of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end HR processes and ensuring a positive, efficient, and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Post job openings on portals and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Handle pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, including documentation and induction.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and trackers.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and experience letters.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support compliance documentation and internal HR audits.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and communication initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide administrative and HR support.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho or similar preferred).
  • Sound understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and compliance basics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and discreet with confidential information.
  • Team player with a positive and approachable attitude.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment + operations/generalist role.
  • Prior experience in consulting, construction, or design-led organizations will be an added advantage.
