We are looking for a HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid LinkedIn presence, and a good understanding of social media. We value consistency and professionalism candidates with minimal employment gaps will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Manage and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Support performance management, attendance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle HR communications, announcements, and policy updates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Use social media channels to promote employer branding and job openings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • 2–3 years of professional HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active LinkedIn presence and knowledge of professional networking.
  • Familiarity with social media and employer branding.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with no major career gaps.

Timing: 9 am to 6 pm (Onsite)
