Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accurately.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour regulations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and maintain performance data.
- Handle employee relations, address queries and grievances with professionalism.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating staff development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain confidentiality, and ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Manage employee exit formalities including clearance and full & final settlement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Transportation facility will not be provided. Candidates are required to arrange their own transport.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
