Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accurately.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and maintain performance data.
  • Handle employee relations, address queries and grievances with professionalism.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating staff development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain confidentiality, and ensure adherence to HR policies.
  • Manage employee exit formalities including clearance and full & final settlement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Note:

Transportation facility will not be provided. Candidates are required to arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
