Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews; maintain tidy pipelines; ensure fast, respectful candidate experience.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, letters, and HRIS accuracy; support payroll inputs; assist with statutory items (PF/ESI/PT/Gratuity) with the finance team.
Policies & Processes: Help write/refresh policies and SOPs (attendance, leave, travel, reimbursements, POSH awareness, etc.) and run periodic audits.
Engagement & Culture: Plan small, frequent engagement rituals, coordinate town halls, and conduct pulse surveys; recognition programs.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Run pre-boarding checklists and induction sessions; manage exit formalities & feedback loops.
L&D & Performance Support: Coordinate training calendars, track completions, assist in goal-setting/reviews, and keep documentation up to date.
HR Analytics: Build monthly dashboards (headcount, hiring velocity, attrition, attendance, leave, training hours) using Excel/HRIS exports; share insights and actions.
Tools & Automation: Use AI assistants to draft job descriptions, emails, surveys, and SOPs; automate repetitive tasks where sensible.
Must-Have Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist or people ops).
Experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Experience with latest HR softwares
Excel/Sheets proficiency: filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUMIF, basic charts, and clean data hygiene.
AI & productivity tools: ability to use ChatGPT (or equivalent), form builders (Google Forms/Typeform), and documentation tools (Docs/Notion/Confluence).
Strong written & verbal communication; high ownership; discreet with sensitive data.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Good to Have (Optional)
Master's degree in related field
Exposure to manufacturing/frontline setups or multi-location teams.
Basics of Indian labor law compliance, payroll interfaces, and POSH awareness.
Experience running engagement or L&D initiatives end-to-end.
