Position 1: HR Generalist – Contracting Division

Location: DIC, Dubai
Preferred Candidate: Male
Reporting to : HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance and payroll processes for site staff
• Oversee HR administration and operational tasks
• Address and resolve worker concerns and grievances
• Ensure full legal compliance with UAE labor laws
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Administer employee benefits and documentation

Ideal Profile:

• Native Hindi speaker with strong English communication skills
• Experience in labor-intensive environments or contracting firms
• Immediate availability preferred
