Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our employees through various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee engagement, HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

· Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for various departments.

· Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.

· Handle smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

· Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

· Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.

· Maintain a positive and transparent work culture through communication and trust-building initiatives.

3. Performance Management

· Support goal setting, appraisal processes, and performance reviews.

· Coordinate with department heads to track employee progress and address performance issues.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

· Manage employee records, attendance, and leave systems.

· Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

· Manage exit formalities, F&F settlements, and employee separation documentation.

5. Policy & Process Implementation

· Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

· Ensure all HR practices are aligned with company culture and legal standards.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.

· 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.

· Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in a BPO / Healthcare / ITES environment.

· Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

· Experience in employee retention and engagement strategy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
