  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and introductions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Support conflict resolution and manage disciplinary processes in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address training and development needs.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to promote a collaborative and motivated workforce.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,966.23 - ₹21,000.00 per month
