Employee Induction:
· Design induction program
· Creation/Updation of Induction related material viz. Induction Manual, Company Presentation, Corporate Induction film etc.
· Administration of the Employee Induction Program
· Coordinate with FHs to ensure that each and every employee undergoes the induction program
Employee Training:
· Collation of Training needs
· Prepare the Training Calendar in coordination with the CPO and Manager HR.
· Ensure that the Training budget is prepared and finalized
· Ensure the modules are created as per the Calendar.
· Ensure content for the training program is generated and delivered on time.
· Maintenance of training records measuring training effectiveness and taking corrective action.
· To conduct the required trainings.
Employee Engagement :
· Design/Creation of Employee Recognition mechanisms for various groups of employees. E.g. Best Nurse of the month/year, Best Nurse Supervisor of the year, Service Excellence Award etc.
· Plan and execute the events aimed at bringing together employees to give opportunity to meet, share, network and bond.
· Closely work with the Marketing / Branding team for Employer Branding initiatives

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
