We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team and support the implementation of our people and governance agenda across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, support job evaluations, and assist with organizational structure reviews.
  • Manage HR documentation, systems, and reporting to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day operational HR support to employees and managers.
  • Payroll preparations, monitor employee attendance, leave management, coordination in liaison with the Timekeepers and Finance team.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and training & development activities.
  • Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution as per company policies.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and maintain updated employee records.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with labour laws and internal standards.
  • Bank Account Opening for Labor Category employees

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 5 years of broad HR generalist experience, covering all key HR functions.

· Strong understanding of HR principles, Qatar Labour Law, and performance management frameworks.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

· Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP and report preparation.

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal maturity.
