Job Description:
We are looking for a female HR Generalist who can independently manage end to end HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of payroll salary processing HR policies compliance statutory requirements and overall back office HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll processing and salary structure
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage attendance leave records and employee documentation
• Handle end to end recruitment and manpower planning
• Support onboarding induction and employee engagement
• Coordinate with management for HR operations and compliance
• Maintain employee relations and HR records

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of HR rules and statutory requirements
• Experience in recruitment and day to day HR operations
