Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site, Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹35,000/- per month

You’ll anchor the corporate office while supporting our hotel and restaurant operations with finesse.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for hotel & restaurant operations, ensuring the right talent flows into the right roles.
• Manage onboarding with warmth, clarity, and flair, setting the tone for a high-vibe employee journey.
• Handle daily HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Navigate employee relations, turning challenges into opportunities through thoughtful conflict resolution.
• Support performance management cycles with structured reviews and actionable insights.
• Ensure HR policies stay compliant, relevant, and aligned with hospitality best practices.
• Plan and execute training initiatives to elevate staff capability and service quality.
• Maintain HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
