Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, payroll support, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle basic employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
  • Help with HR policies, compliance, and daily HR operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
