Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist who can support day-to-day HR functions with a strong focus on coordination, people handling, and basic HR operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR journey who wants to build a solid foundation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end onboarding process
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR records, trackers, and employee data
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
  • Ensure timely updates in hiring and HR trackers


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations
