Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance & payroll coordination
• Employee engagement activities
• HR documentation and compliance
• Performance management support

Requirements:

• 2 years HR experience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruitment for sales-driven teams
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
