JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Scope
HR Generalist will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, supporting management and employees, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven workplace culture. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance operational HR tasks with strategic people support.
Job Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy:
1.1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's short- and long-term business goals.
1.2. Drive a strong organizational culture based on ethics, performance, and compliance.
2. Employee Relations:
2.1. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
2.2. Support employees and management in resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
2.3. Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values and ethics.
2.4. Handle grievances, disciplinary procedures, and internal investigations when required.
3.HR Operations & Administration:
3.1 Maintain Accurate and up to date Employee records(HRIS& physical files)
3.2 Prepare HR letters including offer letters, Confirmations, Warnings, promotions, termination documents.
3.3. Support payroll coordination by providing accurate HR data on time.
4. Performance Management:
4.1. Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks.
4.2. Coordinate appraisal cycles and maintain evaluation records.
4.3. Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs) and feedback processes.
5. PR coordination:
5.1. Coordinate with the PR team for the visa process.
5.2. Coordinate with PR team and ensure the MORE system compliance in terms of PS and the Nationalization
6. Compliance & Policies:
6.1. Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
6.2. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards across all HR activities.
6.3. Ensure company compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
6.4. Support implementation, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
7.Training & Development
7.1. Coordinate internal and external training programs.
7.2. Maintain training records and certifications.
7.3. Support leadership in identifying employee development needs.
8.HR Reporting & Management Support
8.1. Prepare HR reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, and performance.
8.2. Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
8.3. Support strategic HR initiatives and organizational development activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
