HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations in our real estate company. The candidate will handle recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Telecalling, CRM, Marketing, and Site Staff
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
  • Complete joining formalities and documentation
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Maintain daily attendance and leave records
  • Prepare salary inputs and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
  • Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance documentation

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace relations
  • Implement HR policies and company rules
  • Organize employee engagement activities

4. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain employee personal files and records
  • Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities
  • Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of HR processes
  • Basic understanding of labor laws
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in hiring sales profiles preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office

Qualification:

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience (Real Estate preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
