Key Responsibilities:-
* Enter and update new joiner data in HRIS.
* Maintain employee records (hard & soft copies).
* Manage attendance entry, approval, and system updates (Nivid).
* Prepare and issue appointment letters, annexures, and Form F with required signatures.
* Handle PF, ESIC registration and submit PF, ESIC, PT challans.
* Process payroll, salary slips,* advances, and full & final settlements.
* Manage apprentice documentation, registration, resignation, and claims.
* Coordinate internal audits for new joiners.
* Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
