Asyva Infotech is looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Generalist with a strong inclination towards recruitment coordination and stakeholder (client/leadership) interaction. If you enjoy speaking with people, understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and driving interviews end-to-end, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Interact with clients/leadership to gather hiring requirements, role expectations, and timelines

Maintain clear communication and follow-ups to ensure smooth hiring progress

End-to-End Recruitment Support

Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant portals/communities

Screen profiles, connect with candidates, and manage candidate communication professionally

Schedule interviews, coordinate panels, share confirmations, and track feedback

Maintain and update candidate pipeline trackers and recruitment documentation

Onboarding & HR Operations (as needed)

Support onboarding formalities and documentation

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, policy communication, and employee coordination

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations (freshers with strong intent can apply)

Familiarity with sourcing from job portals and professional networks (Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed, etc.)

Strong communication skills (verbal + written), confidence in client/candidate interactions

Good organizational skills: scheduling, follow-ups, and multi-tasking

Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and HR documentation is a plus

MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) or relevant qualification
