HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Manage employee lifecycle (joining to exit formalities)
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Employee engagement and grievance handling
• Support performance management process
• Conduct induction and HR policy communication
• Prepare HR reports and MIS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
