  • Contribute to the development of annual business plans for assigned areas to support financial and strategic objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of short- to mid-term HR plans aligned with corporate goals and functional priorities.
Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and job specifications.
  • Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent in a timely manner.
Onboarding
  • Coordinate and execute smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and system setup.
Performance Management
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system aligned with business goals.
  • Design and continuously improve the organization's performance management framework.
  • Cascade company goals into departmental KPIs and individual performance objectives.
  • Facilitate performance calibration sessions, mid-year and annual reviews, and structured feedback processes.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience, with expertise in performance management, L&D, and recruitment.

Preferred:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
