HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
  • Source candidates through job portals and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Prepare offer letters and manage joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports
  • Support onboarding and basic HR operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
