HR Generalist

  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labour office, social insurance authorities and Healthcare.
  • Prepare social insurance records and maintain employees files and insure fully meeting the requirements.
  • ·Handling all Hiring processes, and social insurance forms 1,2,6.
  • ·Maintain employee’s time off records and requests.
  • ·Process employee’s queries and respond promptly.
  • ·Organize and maintain employee files and ensure fully meet the requirements and up to date. (hard copies and on the system)
  • ·Dealing with all cases of work injuries and taking the necessary measures & actions
  • Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
  • Assisting HR tasks required



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree on Law
  • Proven work experience at least 3 years in personnel & payroll
  • Excellent Excel use
  • Experience in Real estate is preferred
  • Very Good command of the English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
  • Must have experience in ERP or Odoo system
