BPR Consulting Group (www.bpr-grp.com (http://www.bpr-grp.com)) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team and assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee support functions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with leadership and employees to support HR administration, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance, performance management, and HR programs that contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

Essential Duties:

The essential duties noted below are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, functions, and skills. They are intended to be a summary of key job responsibilities and duties.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plans and eligibility.
  • Support employee relations matters by assisting management with employee concerns, documentation, and policy interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Support performance management processes including tracking review cycles, maintaining documentation, and assisting with performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with HR reporting and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training initiatives and support professional development programs.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company programs that support a positive workplace culture.
  • Support payroll coordination by assisting with employee status changes, time-off tracking, and related documentation.
  • Support and participate in recruitment activities.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting benefits administration, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
