HR GENERALIST

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to manage core HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, a solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, and the ability to contribute immediately as an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on Indeed and other job portals.
  • Advise management and employees on Bahrain Labour Law compliance and HR policies.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in line with labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support HR initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and assist in resolving HR-related queries.
  • Provide HR reports and metrics to senior management.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in HR/Recruitment roles (minimum 2–4 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and work permit processes.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed and managing recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Immediate availability is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Experience across multiple HR functions, including training and development.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
