HR Generalist - Unit Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment of technical hiring (blue collar).
• Maintain employee records, HR database, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle workers performance management, skill matrices &workforce planning at unit.
• Coordinate worker training programs and support learning & development initiatives.
• Ensure worker welfare, handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Qualifications: B-Tech / DAE Mechanical or relevant technical field (mandatory).

Experience: 2 - 4 years relevant experience (mandatory).

Work Location: Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura.
