HR Generalist

Job Brief

Employment Type: Full time, Onsite
Location: Johar Town G4, Lahore
Timings: 10AM-7PM

Responsibilities

On-boarding & Employee Experience
    • Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience from pre-boarding to orientation
    • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Employee Relations

    • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
    • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters with professionalism and confidentiality
    • Provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws
  • HR Operations & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
    • Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
  • Compensation & Payroll Coordination

    • Support benefits administration (insurance, leaves, etc.)
    • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits
    • Coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Performance & Learning

    • Support the performance review cycle and documentation
    • Assist in identifying training needs and implementing development plans (PIPs)
    • Track learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 3-4 years of relevant HR experience (HR operations, employee relations, or talent management preferred)
    • Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
    • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
    • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
