Position Summary:

The HR Generalist will act as a key partner in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations at Interwood Mobel. This role supports various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Assist in performance management processes including performance reviews and feedback cycles.
  • Address employee inquiries and support resolution of routine employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, retail, or related industries.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience is advantageous.
