3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of HR operations. This role is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR program coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of all onboarding documentation.

Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.

Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, 401(k), and FMLA tracking.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Assist with employee relations, investigations, and corrective action processes.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.

Track temporary and permanent workforce staffing levels.

Support safety initiatives and HR audits.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (Required)

2–4 years of Human Resources experience (manufacturing environment preferred)

PHR certification (Preferred)
Required Skills
-
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations

Payroll processing experience (Paylocity preferred)

Knowledge of benefits administration and workers’ compensation
-
Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience working in an automotive or manufacturing setting

Exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and fast-paced conditions

Must be able to maintain regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements
