Position Summary
The HR Generalist will manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small-company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
- Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of English Language ( Spoken & Written )
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
