HR Generalist

Position Summary

The HR Generalist will manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
  • Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR-related inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized company
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good command of English Language ( Spoken & Written )

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
