Tekboox is Hiring: HR Generalist (3–4 Years Experience)
Tekboox, a US-based company, is urgently looking to hire an HR Generalist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to manage core HR functions and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grip on HR operations, policy development, and employee lifecycle management.
Preference: Candidates with experience in the BPO or IT industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with company objectives and compliance standards
- Design, track, and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance
- Manage employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Handle employee relations, negotiations, and disciplinary matters effectively
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations
- Oversee payroll processing and attendance management with accuracy
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and HR compliance
- Coordinate recruitment activities when required and support onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with HR software (preferably FlowHCM)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently
