HR Generalist

Responsible for the daily HR operations, and manage the administration of the policies, procedures, and programmers of the organization. Assist the HR manager in all HR functions, will be the focal point for HR Services external providers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Assists in Drafting job descriptions and identifying core competencies required for the position.
  • Preparing and posting the vacancies on different social Media sites.
  • Screening, interviewing and selecting candidates. filtering and filing (CV) in order to entry in the (CV) database.
  • Organize interview(s) and arrange interview schedules.
  • Conducting job offers for the accepted candidates.
  • Serves as a direct contact to new/current employees and provides, answers to questions or concerns on a daily basis ,Orientation, on­boarding & welcome mail process Personnel functions.
  • Conducting Exit interviews and conducting turn over Analysis reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all staff.
  • Processes documents for employees hiring.
  • Personal, Maintains employees’ files. Reviews the attendance system. Coordinates all social insurance related matters.
  • Assist in the payroll preparation process.
  • Participated in Performance Management System process.
  • Responsible any administrative requirement and duties.
  • Analyses and reports on various human resources data and reports
  • Responsible for maintaining & updating company's organization charts.
  • Update needed job descriptions for current / new jobs /suitable training, regular feedback
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dokki
