You’ll partner directly with employees and managers to deliver a full range of HR services, from recruiting to compliance to training. Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000+ (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across the company to support recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, performance, and day-to-day HR needs. To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, confidence engaging with people at all levels, and experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead recruiting efforts and support new hire onboarding.
• Assist employees and managers with HR questions, concerns, and performance discussions.
• Help drive employee engagement and support training initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and support HR systems and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.

• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, training, and benefits.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• PHR/SPHR certification (is a bonus!).

About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $59,350.20 - $83,046.80 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $65,000.00 - $70,000+ per annum and commensurate with experience.
