Location: Naperville, IL
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000+ (commensurate with experience)
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across the company to support recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, performance, and day-to-day HR needs. To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, confidence engaging with people at all levels, and experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
4+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, training, and benefits.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
PHR/SPHR certification (is a bonus!).

About the Role
The salary grade for this position ranges from $59,350.20 - $83,046.80 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $65,000.00 - $70,000+ per annum and commensurate with experience.
