Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Conduct employee induction programs and maintain personnel records.
  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements and relieving documentation.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration for day-to-day operations and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and support staff for smooth office functioning.
  • Manage inventory, stationery, and asset tracking.
  • Support management in organizing company events, travel bookings, and logistics.
  • Handle internal communications and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and administrative support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,660.19 per month
