Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct employee induction programs and maintain personnel records.
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements and relieving documentation.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration for day-to-day operations and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and support staff for smooth office functioning.
- Manage inventory, stationery, and asset tracking.
- Support management in organizing company events, travel bookings, and logistics.
- Handle internal communications and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and administrative support.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,660.19 per month
