HR Generalist (ASA Microfinance Bank Pakistan Limited)

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring accurate HRMS management, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update HRMS data across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, confirmations, resignations, promotions, re-hiring).
  • Ensure accurate documentation, employee records, and HR files (physical & digital).
  • Prepare and manage HR operational letters and communications.
  • Monitor attendance and leave records; generate periodic reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with HR officers (HO & field) to ensure timely completion of HR activities.
  • Maintain HR policies, circulars, JDs, and organograms.
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and other HR operational tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/HR qualification preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory laws and HR operations.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, writing, and coordination skills.
