Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist cum Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on hiring experience, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate database

HR Operations

  • Employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintaining HR records, attendance, and leave management
  • Support payroll inputs and employee data management
  • Assist in HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes
  • Assist in grievance handling and HR communications

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment & HR operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic HR policies and labor practices
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Basic MS Excel & HR documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
