HR Generalist (Female)

Job Title: *HR Generalist (Female)*

Location: Por, Vadodara

Experience: 4 – 7 Years

Industry: FMCG / Beverages

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Government Liaisoning:*

* Coordinate with government departments and statutory bodies for licenses, approvals, and compliance.

* Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and maintain compliance as per labor laws.

*Manpower Management:*

* Manage workforce planning, deployment, and employee relations at the plant.

* Ensure smooth handling of blue-collar and white-collar workforce issues.

* Oversee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.

*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for plant and office roles.

* Develop strategies for effective talent sourcing and onboarding.

* Work with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements on time.

*Payroll & HR Operations:*

* Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy.

* Handle salary structure, increments, full & final settlements.

* Maintain employee records and HRMIS.

* Data Management & Reporting:

* Utilize Advanced Excel for HR dashboards, MIS, and data analysis.

* Prepare HR reports for management review and audits.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

* Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws.

* Experience in government liaising and dealing with regulatory authorities.

* Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Analysis, etc.).

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage a large workforce and resolve issues effectively.
