HR Generalist : Female

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This position requires a hands-on professional who is proactive, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist with job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support managers in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Performance Management
  • Help administer performance review processes.
  • Maintain employee evaluation records and follow up on development plans.
  • Benefits & Compensation
  • Support benefits enrollment and assist with employee questions.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers as needed.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions and assist in identifying development needs.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain HR systems and records (HRIS).
  • Prepare reports and HR metrics as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
