Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment and a strong understanding of general HR functions. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end hiring processes while also contributing to HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare job descriptions and post openings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and positive candidate experience.
2. HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and conduct HR induction for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding documents and ensure compliance of personnel files.
- Manage exit interviews, relieve procedures, and documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Support employee grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain healthy workplace culture and promote HR policies.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
- Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance records (attendance, leave, statutory documentation).
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and exposure to general HR functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment tools/portals.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
