Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment and a strong understanding of general HR functions. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end hiring processes while also contributing to HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post openings across job portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions and positive candidate experience.

2. HR Operations

  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

3. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and conduct HR induction for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and ensure compliance of personnel files.
  • Manage exit interviews, relieve procedures, and documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • Support employee grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain healthy workplace culture and promote HR policies.

5. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance records (attendance, leave, statutory documentation).
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and exposure to general HR functions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment tools/portals.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
