HR Generalist, FT Days

The HR Generalist is responsible for the following functional areas: employee relations, unemployment administration, policy development, and Workers Compensation, to ensure effective processes and alignment with EPCH objectives.

Work Experience:

  • Three years Human Resources related experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and policy and procedure implementation required. One of the three years must be in a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws as well as federal and state laws.

License/Registration/Certification

  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) preferred

Education and Training

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required or five years of direct hospital environment experience required
