What You’ll Do:
As our HR Generalist II, you’ll spend most of your time in employee relations—coaching managers, guiding employees, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations. You’ll be the go-to expert for performance and behavior issues, policy interpretation, and workplace dynamics. You’ll also support broader HR functions like benefits, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Location: 3030 Market St. San Diego CA 92105

Pay: The pay range for this position is 70,000 to 80,000.

Schedule: The schedule for this position is Mon- Fri 8a-5p. (onsite position)

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or in lieu of degree a minimum of 4 years of relvenant experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in employee relations and HR program administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience conducting investigations.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and HRIS systems (Dayforce experience a plus).
  • Spanish fluency is a big plus!
