Key Responsibilities

Establishing a recruiting and hiring process - involving candidate selection, interviewing, testing program

Scheduling and conducting hiring interviews and evaluations and counseling teams on candidate selection and hiring

Maintaining employee onboarding checklists

Maintaining and initiating contracts with recruitment consultants for hiring and recruitment

Nurturing employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

Understanding and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all existing and new job roles

Maintaining updated salary and compensation plans, including conducting periodic compensation benchmarking surveys

Monitoring and scheduling individual compensation decisions; recommending, planning, and implementing compensation revisions

Design of KPIs for various teams and measurement of the same

Knowledge and Skill assessment centre – for assessing the same for various teams

Ensure timely appraisal of employees by managers to discuss career growth and compensation

Scheduling and managing management conferences/ retreats with teams including setting agendas and scheduling business discussions and fun activities

Hearing and resolving employee grievances and counseling employees and supervisors

Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Maintaining company policy documents, updating them regularly and addressing related queries with teams

Coordination with relevant consultants on items relating to HR

Designing and conducting employee recognition programs, activities to enhance employee morale

Conducting and analyzing exit interviews

Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining necessary hiring, certification and employee records

Creating a conducive and healthy working environment for employees and building morale by managing team building events, awards, recognition, compensation, benefits on an ongoing basis

Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping relevant past and current records

Skills required :

Must have good communication skills.

Should be comfortable in dealing with people and handling all HR related matters.

Willingness to be hands on, in addressing any HR related items.

Should have ability to work under pressure.

Strong passion for working in a fast paced and result oriented environment.

Ability to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner.

Comfortable with diversity of employee teams

Must know MS Excel, MS Word, internet applications and email usage very well

Must have at least two years work experience in HR function

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
