We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist on behalf of our esteemed MNC client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting a positive work culture, and ensuring all HR practices align with organizational goals. This role requires strong exposure to HR functions within multinational environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full cycle of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR files, and documentation.
  • Assist in performance management processes, employee evaluations, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, properly implemented, and compliant with labor laws.
  • Organization Structure
  • Address employee queries promptly and support employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in compliance, audits, and HR reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field from a reputed university such as IBA, IOBM, LUMS, or Karachi University.
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong follow-through on tasks.

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Salary Budget: PKR 400,000+
