HR Generalist (Manufacturing Company)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Look after recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting first round of interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, compensation, and benefits information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and address problems to promote a healthy work environment.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee benefits programs, for smoother processing and compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
