HR Generalist (Onsite- Night Shift) Part Time

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions. This role requires a highly skilled negotiator, as you will be handling salary discussions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs. Lead salary negotiations and close candidates effectively

2. Employee Relations (Core Focus)
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution Foster a positive and productive work environment Ensure strong communication between management and staff

3. Compensation & Negotiation (Must-Have Skill)
Conduct salary negotiations with candidates and employees. Design and structure competitive compensation packages Handle increments, bonuses, and retention strategies
Strong negotiation skills are mandatory for this role

4. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and documentation. Manage attendance, leave records, and HR systems. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes

5. Performance Management
Support performance reviews and appraisal cycles. Work with managers on KPIs and employee development. Implement performance improvement strategies

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices. Update and implement company policies when required

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Proven strong negotiation skills (non-negotiable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently in night shift
