Company: Global Engineering Services Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore, Pakistan

Reporting to: Team Lead System Admin Department

Working Hours: Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Sales Orders (SO) and Work Orders (WO), ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and execution within ERP/MRP systems. The role is critical for maintaining data integrity, supporting production flow, and aligning material availability with demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate Sales Orders & Work Orders for accuracy, completeness, and ERP/MRP readiness
  • Ensure proper WO/SO configuration for production conversion; resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Plan and schedule material transfers aligned with production priorities and demand forecasts
  • Verify transfer lists and coordinate closely with stockroom operations for execution Collaborate with PM, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to align MRP outputs, procurement, and inventory
  • Monitor WO progress, adjust schedules, and mitigate risks to meet deadlines
  • Track production against material availability and capacity constraints
  • Generate reports on order status, material usage, shortages, and MRP outputs
  • Analyze demand trends and historical data to support forecasting and planning efficiency
  • Maintain ERP data accuracy (WO, material lists, inventory); validate inputs and correct inconsistencies
  • Generate MRP shortage/buy reports based on production schedules and consumption Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

2+ years of experience in document control, data management, or a related role, preferably in the electronics industry. o Familiarity with Work Orders/Sales Orders, bill of materials (BOM)

Skills:

  • o Strong knowledge of WO/SOs management and ERP software and tools.
  • o Strong Analytical Skills
  • o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • o Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • o Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
